"While I went to santa barbara, my wife wanted her Thai tee. So I saw on google map and saw this place. I told her this place had her Thai tea and it was close to us. when we arrived, the first thing I noticed was the whole work of art outside and then the authentic setting inside. my wife ordered her Thai tea and we waited outside. it took a while until our drink was ready, I had to go back and ask, and that was when they had made it. I think they forgot our order because it was only a drink. we tried to get back 13 o'clock to actually dinate, but they were closed so I was disappointed."

"How you treat your customers was more than disgusting. I have false food that was ordered over a door bag. they told me they could give me a loan for eating. I was happy until today that they told me they couldn't find any records of one of their associates accusing. I don't care who you want to blame, I just wanted to eat mine! it is your responsibility for the words you gave me, not mine. I ordered a lot of this restaurant and from today I would never be a single order, nor recommend this place to my friends."

"I used to really love this place and have been going for years tasty, quick, reasonably priced but my visit today has me questioning what happened to Sushi Tyme. I got my usual chicken teriyaki bento box special and apparently they no longer allow sushi roll substitutions. I have always subbed in a 4-piece spicy tuna roll for the 4-piece california roll and was denied the ability to do this even though I happily offered to pay extra. The price for the combo has gone way up but the quality is not the same dry and salty chicken, no dressing on the salad as there usually is and I know it's a tough time for restaurants and I wanted Sushi Tyme to stick around, but it seems like the quality and customer service is not nearly what it used to be here :"

"I've eaten here 2 times now and it's been excellent each time. It's not a big place, but is definitely a local favorite, so I'd advise making a reservation. The sushi is fresh and very good. I thought the shrimp tempura was a little soggy this last visit, but everyone else in our party enjoyed theirs. Absolutely loved the Gyoza!! You can order it fried (which is how I had mine) or steamed. The dinners are pretty large servings, but they offer a reduced size plate, which is what I'll order next time. It was my birthday, so I got their fried ice cream. Everyone said that I'd really enjoy it and they were right. Unusual dessert and huge, so definitely recommend sharing this with someone else."
