"I drove all the way to here to drink a simple Cafe Nordique filtered! 2 PM and not available. How hard is it to have simple things from the Menu? Do we have to beg to have what is expected? It is a simple coffee. I spent time, gas and expectation for nothing! This is now why we pay 6 bucks in a coffee! Be better! I hope I get a response."

"We tried to obtain a reservation last September when visiting but couldn't get in. Success this time (May 2018), and it was worth the wait! We have eaten in most of the best restaurants in Quebec and many of the best in Canada, and this one is right up there for taste, presentation and inventiveness (e.g. the amazing foie gras dessert). Beyond the food, the whole experience is great fun thanks to Vincent and Benoit, perfect hosts."
