"Huge affordable Margarettas, I got a medium for a very reasonable price and some burritos texos (I think). lava cake for desert was warm, moist and had some amazing chicolate. The dips are overpriced but the rest was fine. Nice view of the river, got to see some osprey and herons fly by while eating dinner. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Everyone had a good time. Would recommend if you're looking for a nice Mexican restaurant in Syracuse."

"I can be biased because I work here, but I had to give this place a review from an employee position that I feel doesn't happen often. I have been bartending for 10 years and have worked in countless bars. No one of the places I worked on has made me feel that I have to go and a positive review about the way and wise how to be treated with workers until I started working here. I have never seen hands on or committed owners in the 10 years I worked in the bar business. this dedication also rolls the chain into the employees. the place is always kept clean and the food is cooked in a clean kitchen with the chefs, which will provide any precaution they want to take to ensure that they eat efficiently and professionally. everything is fresh and refilled daily in opposite position to other places where the dinge sit in a refrigerator too long or a cooler too long. everything meat is made fresh in the house and is not something that is prepacked and frozen. from the time of renting it is in us to focus on a great customer experience here and we are all expected to take care of each customer who comes and they feel welcome and take care of each other as a coworker. everything in all it was a wonderful place to work and a wonderful place to visit as a customer"

"You must have had a great overhaul here. The staff was funny, everyone seemed to have a good time behind the counter. The order process was good, even if you consider having the On The Go commands now. One of the worst dunkins I've ever been to. They are very unorganized, their main focus is the Thru drive, so that they are all ignored in the store. Staff have an attitude as if they could not take care of work and work less."

"First, the staff here is down to earth and attentive. It's rare to find good employees and theirs are consistently fast and friendly, which is no doubt credit toward good management. Bravo! But I am consistently overcharged for some reason at this specific location. Its never enough to complain about, but is likewise difficult to ignore. Subs that are on sale I get charged regular price for. Coupons are accepted, but the price is higher before the discount would be taken off, making using the coupon more expensive than if I hadnt at all. Strange. When I ask for two different kinds of meats or cheese instead of what comes normally, I get charged for double. Its not extra. Just a different variety. Again, the money isnt the issue, just the inconsistency and arbitrariness of it. The price isnt the issue, as I am happy with the place and the product. Just strange and random when I see it on the receipt. I tried informing corporate before leaving a review and just got a canned message. All I was hoping was for the manager to be informed of what was happening so no one else reacted. I would gladly do it in person but this location is ALWAYS busy and I don't want to be THAT customer that holds up other patrons to address what really is a subtle complaint. Again, aside from this anomaly, this is one of the nicest and cleanest Subway locations my wife and I have ever visited."

"Love it here! I love eating with my friends. The shops upstairs make it much more special. I was always greeted with a smile. Love the outdoor seat during the summer time, but the indoor life is just as sweet. I really feel like I get my money. The salads are the perfect size. I never had a problem with adjusting orders or if I wanted to add something. Never send a dish back and I feel I can enjoy my time. I've been entertaining with my friends for 2 hours during lunch and I've never been forced to go. I love the staff and the owner Deb. I only know this place since the beginning of this year, but it's a place where I always take my guests out of town. Go on!"
