So twice I have to call for a bad customer service on this place. I drive up to collect my order. I get, what did you order???? Pumkin Cols brew. What was it???? Scream pumpkin cold brew. Women had it in her hand put it back down. This wasafter waiting for 5mins for the car ahead. I was passed I drove off. Other time young women went and mocked me for saying hiNikki may I have. You must have had a great overhaul here. The staff was funny, everyone seemed to have a good time behind the counter. The order process was good, even if you consider having the On The Go commands now. One of the worst dunkins I've ever been to. They are very unorganized, their main focus is the Thru drive, so that they are all ignored in the store. Staff have an attitude as if they could not take care of work and work less.
Much better than a Starbucks experience. Very friendly crew, even gave our dog a cookie.
Food is always consistent and good. Service is fast. My only complaint is a problem between the app and the shops, sometimes there is a product on the app, but not in the store. Two times I tried to order the bagel twist and not get it in my pocket.
I love their breakfast foods. Always hot and fresh and they compliment my crazy looking car when I'm at the drive-thru lol.
