"Myself , my daughter and grandson went to Applebee's in Hampton for lunch. When were seated i immediately notice that the carpet was smelly and heavily soiled . Despite the odor we still order our food . My daughter ate her food with no complains and i started my meal which was tasting pretty good. However , when my grandson bit into his burger a FLY fell out on to the plate. I proceed to the bar looking for a manager. She never came to the table but the waiter kept coming back to the table. I told the waiter we will not be paying for this meal and we left."

"Wow. I was thrilled to try a place close by as I was just pulled into the opposite. we were asked to sit our own, sweet, okay. there were our menus that weren't like any other and dirty. I've got a beer, one was barely cold and we had to open it ourselves without a bottle opener. what I think is against ABC laws. they have not lost themselves. the restaurant was empty. put them in our appetizers a half speck chz fry and garlic brot. 25 minutes later. different server come to our table to get our entrées. while we are waiting for our apps. So we went ahead and stuck in our entrées. a half zeasarsalat and a small zisspizza. 15 minutes. we are the only two people in the restaurant. there were no jokes to order or get some thing. the apps come with the zeasar salat entrée. no pizza. They said, enjoy and left no word about it when the pizza came out. 15 minutes later our origional server came back to check if we needed something else. we said we were waiting for our pizza, and she went to check on it and never came back. the garlic bread came out cold. the marina with which it came was colder than the beer. friends were good. we accepted the defeat that our pizza would never come. we decided we had enough to pay and go. When we came to register, it was only that our server decided to know that the prices on the menu were not the same as the menu that was handed over to us. they were almost doubled! as she explained to us, she also mentioned that it was not her problem. when we told them that it was their problem, considering that she never informed us about the incident that she had traced back and said it wasn't her fault. I would have given 0 stars if I could, but if they try to have a terrible date then the definitiw of the place is to go. who decides to eat here"

"Best.Pizza.All my wife and I are self-announced pizzasnobs. we traveled around Europe and the local 757 area, and this is still the best pizza we ever had, and everyone we bring here is right! the same recipe since new property and location. new owner is very human and let us welcome with our extended family. I said it before, but can not emphasize enough, best pizza ever!"

"If I could give this place a 0 I would. We were seated and warned about short staffing which I totally understand. We waited a while but received our food, well some. My mom received her chicken which was ice cold. My cousin waited a while for his but eventually got it. My husband never received his food. We kept asking and we were pretty much snapped at (not by our waiter) that “it was coming”. We all finished eating and my husband still never received his food. I spoke to the manager to see if it could be to go and be comped. I also asked him if it would be fair for another meal to be comped for all our troubles and he said yes. Got our bill and everything was messed up. Had to remind about meals being comped. Manager said he misunderstood about the 2nd meal being comped and offered to cover half. I wanted to get out of the places so I said heck with it and that’s what was done. My aunt paid for an extra asparagus side that she didn’t order and I paid for an extra kids meal I didn’t order, but we all wanted to leave so bad we just said heck with it and paid it anyways. Very very dissatisfied."

"This is by far the worst Mod Pizza I have ever been. There is a long line and they only have one person helping in-store customers. I was 2 customers back and stood in line for almost 30 minutes. I have been standing here for almost 5 minutes waiting to pay. I wouldn't waste my time coming here again and recommend any new customers steer clear."

"Good Job Capri Pizza!. I stopped by here with my Daughter for a quick dinner before a school program. We had never been so thought we would give it a try. I had heard good things about Capri. So we ordered, a small Kid Sized Cheese Pizza, and I ordered a Small 12" Capri Special, it had Sausage, Pepperoni, Onions, and Mushrooms. The atmosphere is great. This place has that classic Pizzeria Americana fell. They also have an awesome Juke Box, that’s connected to the internet, so there is literally no song you cant find to play. My daughter loved that. Our Pizza's came quickly. They were piping hot and smelled great. All of the toppings were fresh and juicy. The sauce is definitely made in house and has a great tangy zesty flavor. The crust was hand tossed traditional and was very good. Drinks were cold and always refilled. Our server was very friendly. I can definitely recommend Capri Pizza. They were delicious. Check em’ out!"
