"It was recommended by locals for its pizzas and we came here twice during our stay in the nearby Parco dell'Abbazia di Monteveglio. The first time was OK and the food was quite good despite the slow service. They seem to specialise in big family groups and celebrations. On the second occasion (in just 3 days), there was no sign of recognition and they put us totally on our own in the badly ventilated central area of the restaurant with the heat of the pizza oven and the smell of burnt pizza...and promptly forgot us. We had to ask for absolutely everything from then on. We eventually ordered a risotto and a pizza. My wife´s pizza came 15 minutes after I had finished my risotto. Yes, the food was again OK but it did not make up for the appalling service and the staff´s total lack of interest in us. To add insult to injury, they charged coperto at 2.50 each. There was no bread, no aperitif, no apology at the end, nothing. I can imagine this does not happen to locals, but I must say it was the worst service we had in 4 weeks of eating out throughout Italy."
