"Lovely location but the service is a huge let down. We had lunch then decided to stay for drinks, wow we felt so awkward. The staff were clearly in a rush to get rid of us, one staff member open the door to make us all cold it was painfully awkward. We weren't offered last ordered, (6pm on a bank holiday Sunday) bar was closed down and then the staff stood behind the bar drinking. Felt so uncomfortable we quickly drank our drinks and left. Was such a disappointing end to our evening. I wouldn't recommend the service throughout was poor and very sloppy beautiful location just such a shame the way it's run is so poor."

"Service was good and staff friendly. We booked a table for 6pm and were served quickly. We had 2 young children with us who were eager to do the colouring sheets but all pens were out despite it not being overly busy. Maybe a good idea to stock more. Food was very nice and great portion sizes. Only criticism is the onion rings were very tasteless. A large group were seated behind us part way through and I hate to moan but they were so loud that we couldn't have a conversation on our table as we couldn't hear each other. This spoilt the atmosphere for us. I would still recommend and would visit again."
