What User doesn't like about Dolphin Fish:
Absolutely shocking!!!! Hand full of undercooked chips with no salt and vinegar after we asked for plenty,sausage missing,gravy we didn’t order and probably the worst menu I’ve seen in a chippy in years,food in the bin let’s try somewhere else read more.

Got a chips curry and a sausage bap, was the smallest portion ever and paid £5.50, all of the chips were like bullets and thought i was going to snap my teeth.

Hands down some of the best fish and chips I've ever had. This is the 4th time I've been to Holyhead and I make a point to visit Dolphin Fish Bar each time I go...

"Lovely location but the service is a huge let down. We had lunch then decided to stay for drinks, wow we felt so awkward. The staff were clearly in a rush to get rid of us, one staff member open the door to make us all cold it was painfully awkward. We weren't offered last ordered, (6pm on a bank holiday Sunday) bar was closed down and then the staff stood behind the bar drinking. Felt so uncomfortable we quickly drank our drinks and left. Was such a disappointing end to our evening. I wouldn't recommend the service throughout was poor and very sloppy beautiful location just such a shame the way it's run is so poor."

"Lovely place. Perfect for a nice meal after walk along the beach. Dogs welcome. Alot of fish dishes. There is also a chicken option but mainly sea food. The fish and chips was best had in a while, batter was perfect, chips fantastic and very generous portain. Picture shows the fish pie meal which my partner said was amazing aswel. If in the area then it defo worth going. Parking: Pleanty of spaces and good access to walks from thier car park Service: Dine in"

"Great spot, right in the waters edge- next to the museum. My partner had fish and chips which was amazing. Sadly I went for the carbonara- which was tasteless. However, the rest of the food looked good and the girls were really friendly. I’d advise booking as it’s small and busy"
