"The service was a little long, yet there was no big world.For the first time I wanted to taste a very disappointed pizz burger, it was very dry lack of sauce and cheese and the unmakeable fries, for the almost most expensive pizza of all, I expected something more tasteful. the other pizzas of my guests were much less garnished in sauce and cheese than usual and we were served not very hot (I think they had stayed some time on the pass.I said my discontent to the waitress, but no reactions. For our personal account we will simply say, (it is no longer the pizza before.)"

"We chose this restaurant due to proximity to overnight hotel. Simple menu of steaks and burgers promised to be just what we needed after 10 hours on the road. Unfortunately despite straight forward order of two steaks one with chips one with jacket potato we had to wait 1 hour 15 mins for this to be brought to table. Quality not great and potato had to be sent back. Not worth the money. Better off going down the road to Mcdonalds"

"One doesn't tend to choose a cafe/restaurant in Cite Europ for a gastronomic experience and if one bears that in mind Le Comptoir is a fairly reasonable choice for a refreshment stop mid shopping or enroute to or from the tunnel, The menu is fairly...predictable burgers, omlettes etc.. plus a few more substantial dishes and the eating area is pleasantly bistro like with subdued lighting and a generally cosy but buzzy atmosphere. To my mind the flamkuchen was a bit on the dry and tough side but my partner,s croque madam was absolutely fine. Service was a little on the slow side which could be an issue if pressed for time. As we weren't it didn't particularly matter and we enjoyed a pleasant enough lunch albeit not outstanding."
