"The 3 stars are because The bathroom are out of order and have been for quite some time.It is an inconvienence to come during a lunch break and have to stop elsewhere for a bathroom stop. Just don 't have time for that. Sign says out of order sorry for inconvienence 'Just KEEP IT REAL and put no public restroom if thats the case. Can 't imimagine it takes months upon months to fix a bathroom."

"As a former employee, I know the tasks they have to do. It's kind of pathetic that I had to wait 20 minutes to get crazy bread that wasn't even done right. And the sauce was overgrown. Lobby customers should not wait more than 3-5 minutes to have orders there. As we were trained. Good work. The employees are very poorly trained or very thinly distributed. I just feel bad for her. They didn't even have an employee who was supposed to be the lobby. I'm going from here to Frederick."

"The food was great! I loved the Parmesan Crusted Meatball Pepperoni Papadia. the Garlic Knots were on point! AND most importantly the dasher was wonderful. it was still so hot when we received it we had to wait for it to cool down a bit."

"I was told about krumpes by a friend and decided I needed the krumpes donuts so I drove 2 hours to get a classic glazed one. I drove 2 hours but I got a whole dozen 3 donut of the month! filled donut with jelly and cream and coated with granulated sugar, 4 classic glazed donut, 1 cinnamon drill, 3 chocolate cream and another one that I can't remember sadly. Unless my math is wrong. But they were so delicious, they were very fresh and the workers made the chocolate mousses for me while I was ordering! They taste different than maple donuts' donuts, but right since this is Krumpes. They were gone within a day, obviously."

"Always enjoy and received great service. Food is always good for the most part. But what I don't understand, why in the world you would quit serving your egg, chicken and cheese bagel. Only answer I have come up with, now your able to sell a smaller breakfast sandwich for more money. Just don't think it was right then and it is not right now to us that enjoyed that breakfast sandwich. It would be great to see the egg, chicken and cheese bagel back on your Menu again"

"Decent food, our server was good and knowledgeable about the menu. Had a fettuccini Alfredo w steak on the side. Tasted fine. I would go there again sometime in 6 months. And definitely great pricing, we spent 107 dollars for 4 of use lots of food!"

"We were greeted and seated quickly. Chicken wings (Hot and crispy) appetizer. The ribeye, fantastic...cooked just as asked. The spiced fries hot, crisp and fresh. The chopped salad delicious with no wilted lettuce and chunky blue cheese dressing. Beer served in frosty tall glasses. The bathrooms clean. Our server was exceptional, checked on us a few times, quickly brought out any requested items. We left happy."
