"We had a lovely meal, although we couldn't stay long as we had to be somewhere else. i had the Moscow pork and my friend, the Stroggonof, and we both really enjoy'd our food, They do a really nice non alcoholic Beer from Ukraine apparently : . Will definitely come back again and explore the menu further and have some sweet's. Thanks guys :"

"Tucked away in the basement of the Royal Harbour Hotel in Ramsgate you will find the beautifully decorated Empire Room restaurant, which captures the essence of an archetypal gentlemens club in the glory days of the British Empire. "I had the best fish and chips here I’ve ever had in my entire life. The fish itself was fresh, flaky, and perfectly juicy, and the batter was light, airy, and despite me covering it in lemon and vinegar, managed to remain completely crispy throughout the course of eating it. The triple cooked chips were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the fresh tartar sauce was also extremely high quality. The entire meal fantastic. 9.5 for the fish and chips, I’m not sure what you can actually do to better such a perfectly simple plate of food.One little touch I loved seeing was the chef came out onto the floor and spent a solid ten minutes talking to a couple about the food taking extra time to entertain their six year old, too. Really nice!Service was great, and the overall ambience of the dining area was lovely we also had drinks in the area where you wait before you are seated, and that in and of itself could be considered as a separate experience very nice chairs, views out of the window, and just a nice overall calmness.If I had to make one criticism, it’s that the food comes out perhaps a little too fast, and the service seemed to drop off rapidly after the main was brought out, but it’s barely enough to even bother mentioning.Oh actually, one other criticism is that they need to update the menus some things weren’t available and were no longer made easily fixed!Overall, a solid 9/10 eating experience. Beautiful food and exceptionally well priced."

"Went into Westwood Cross costa (CT10 2BF) wanting to use the pocket saver but was told that that branch was not participating in that offer. That was strange as they normally participate in all the offers. I though thats fine I got a free drink ill use that instead and ordered a frappe. When they tried to serve me the drink they served it in a small glass. They explained to me thats how they normally serve it when drinking in. I never had it in a glass and didn't accept this and asked for a plastic cup as advertised. I can tell they didn't want to do it but after a pause they went ahead and poured the frappe into a plastic cup but it wasn't enough to fill the cup. So they had to make more. After I checked their document of participating shops in the pocket saver deal. And found that that particular store was on the list. So not only did they refuse the offer costa was giving me but they tried to shortchanged me on a drink. I dont mind drinking it from a glass but I do mind if they give me less than what it is supposed to be."
