"Went for dinner 20-Jan-23. Food had the potential to be good. ordered ceaser salad and the lettuce was as if it had been left out for a week ... not good at all. Hamburger I had was good but fries were ice cold when received. Wife had a butter pork ctulet thing (can't remember the name) Pork was pink and fries were cold..were not asked how our meal was during our time. Portion sizes were good but other problems overshadowed the positives!"

"I wish they had better GF bun replacment options. Otherwise, great food. This location has fantastic service. I think every seat in the place is within 10 feet of a door, so bring a jacket.Dietary restrictions: They can make GF options, but its by removing ingredients not substituting them. Think lettuce wrapped, not GF bun."

"On the 19 of August my wife and I had occasion to drive to Winkler Manitoba. Our purpose was to eat supper at the Triangle Oasis Friday night Mennonite buffet . Were we in for a surprise and disappointment. The restaurant was approximately 3/4 of...capacity . The buffet trays ranged from empty to 15 percent full . Eg no meatballs no pioneer sausage no perogies . We and others waited a good 20 minutes before any food was brought out to replenish the empty trays . When any fòod did arrive , it was gone within a matter of minutes by hungry diners who were waiting and waiting and waiting. New customers were coming in as others waited . My wife took a plate and put a few remnants of food on a plate and commented how unremarkable everything was . It was so pathetic I just a drank a glass of water and passed on the buffet . I took pictures of the empty trays on the steam table several times . What did come out with dry and scrimpy . The sausage in 1 inch by half inch rings of cool bland so called famous pioneer sausage. One tray of about 40 perogies came out in the almost an hour was sat there . I could go on and on , but no sense . I paid the 16 for my wifes one plate of food . The pictures if this fiasco are still on my phone. PS I am not exaggerating. Save your money and avoid this money grab . There are lots of good restaurants in Winkler . This is sure not one of them. Think I am wrong ? Give it a try and you will see for yourself. A waste of time and money ."
