Mulligan's is one of my favourite restaurants in Winkler. Wing Night on Thursday is a favourite of mine, their burgers are also a must try. Would rate 5/5 if the food was priced better. View all feedback.

the food was good. the waitress seemed to be uninterested in our table. it wasn't busy. she held the entertainment with the patron over room while she poured coffee! the price seemed a bit high for burger and a few fritten. View all feedback.
