"I went for breakfast with my 4 year old but missed the deadline of 11. So ordered from the brunch menu. My son wanted sausages and beans but as breakfast was over, I was informed that they can't offer beans. Surely a small pot of beans can be heated up in a microwave......They gave 1 sausage and some potato wedges. 4 year old refused to eat it as there were no beans. I was charged £7 for this meal. I feel this to be a very poor service, not flexible at all. Pot of tea was like dishwater. It's a local place and should be more accommodating and not so rigid. Prices are very expensive and although fresh ingredients are used, food is not great. Overall experience has not been good. Very disappointing on more than one occasion."
