"A visit to the fish market is not complete until you also have something from the fresh bar. Well positioned right near the entry. We got a range of fresh & cooked items, oysters (normal size & jumbo ones), razor clams, and scallops with Vermicelli. The jumbo oyster was massive, but sometimes bigger doesn't mean tastier, found the smaller ones had more of a "sea" taste. The razor clams was mostly just shells, the meat was a bit earthy & chewy. The scallop itself was ok, but could've done without the Vermicelli, and the $5.50 price tag. Overall, way pricey for you get."
The place also offers the possibility to sit outside and be served in pleasant weather, And into the accessible spaces also come customers with wheelchairs or physiological limitations.

I usually come here at least once a year. It has been very consistent for a long time. It is becoming more targeted towards rich Chinese diners who will spend hundreds or even thousands per person.<br>

Reservations at peak times generally incur a wait time in the tiny waiting area.<br>
Service is efficient but brusque.<br>

Whilst mainly known for being a seafood (live tank) restaurant, I think this is the best Peking Duck in Sydney, and reasonably priced at under $90 or a half serve is also available. It's also one of the only restaurants left where you can actually choose the 2nd course of your duck.<br>

BYO is a steal compared to the wine list at $8 per person (unlimited bottles).<br>

"Great fish and chips! One of the best I had in a while. Went for grilled fish two times never disappointed. Chips were crispy and salad fresh with great souces. Meat was tasty and delicate. Definetly recommended!"
