"Stopped in for a bit to eat on the way home from an appointment in the area. Easy and convenient parking in a well maintained car park. I stopped in around 18:30 on a Friday night, so I was not surprised to see a queue out of the door if anything this reassured me that people thought it was worth waiting for. However, they had a good number of staff on, and things moved along quickly, and I soon got to place my order. Plenty of food was available with a good choice on the menu. Prices were average, and certainly what I was expecting. The portion size was good though, and I think they're very good value for money. Staff were pleasant and efficient, and I soon had my box meal of sausage in batter, chips and beans and headed back to the car to tuck in. Food was hot, fresh and tasty, with no problems at all. The chips here are slightly thinner than what I would think of as a traditional chippy, but they were perfectly cooked, and it made no difference to the taste. Overall a very good meal that recharged the batteries for the drive home, and I would certainly visit again and recommend."

"Initial order was over an hour late arriving and was understandably cold. We decided to give them another chance a month or so later. We ordered two kebab meal deals and was then told it didn't include a pitta or a wrap (even though their website automatically prompts a pitta or wrap option when making your selections), so we said can we pay for two pittas to be added to the order. They told us we couldn't do that and didn't explain why. We did try and explain that a kebab includes a pitta or wrap, otherwise it should be labelled as kebab meat deal. They just palmed us off and said it's a problem on the website they can't control (even though it's THEIR website). Lost a £22 order over £1.60 for pittas... I'm not business savvy, but I do know that's ridiculous."
