Sea Birds Fish Chips - Barnsley

So just ordered on food hub and money has been taken out to then receive a message from foodhub and sea birds to says they cannot do our order but doesn't provide an explanation to why. So tried ringing and no answer. If this is what the customer service is like then I will not order from here again. I wouldn't mind if they had a decent explanation, but nothing. Now we having to wait 3-5 days for refund and order from another place.

Food wasnt the best, was rathed cold i also ordered a bottle of coke that they didnt deliver once i rang they denied it 1/10 rating tbh

My husband and I just had , mixed kebab meat and chips , and kebab meat and chips from delivery service . Absolutely outstanding. Loads of meat and proper chips and came when they said it would . Delicious, far too much for me so hubby polished it off . Defo order again , thankyou.

My fish and chips were cooked when ordered rather than being sat in a hot cabinet. Fish good, chips good and certainly good quantities.

Very bad experience. The food was not at all cooked properly.
