"My family and I visit this place 2 or more times a month. The food is good overall. I have to highlight the Zinger salad, which I really enjoy. My son insists that the hamburgers here are the best he's ever had. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the TVs help make the waiting time more bearable. The staff is friendly, but the long waiting times to place an order and sometimes for payment can be a bit frustrating. Unfortunately, the restroom has an unpleasant urine odor, indicating a cleanliness issue, which is why I can't give it a 5-star rating."

"Seafood at its worst. Haven't tried Sam St Johns in Summerfield but the one in Ocala is really bad the seafood is tasteless and like eating rubber service is bad, and the cashier Hostess as welll as the fat white male manager have a really bad attitude the men's room is always so filthy and smells like an old Greyhound bus station restroom that hasn't been cleaned in a long time makes you want to throw up"

"Went there for Mother's Day and the food was horrible. Everything had absolutely no flavor. My husband ordered beef tacos and said the meat tasted like a can of Alpo that they cooked and burned. My husband is not a picky eater by any means but he just couldn't eat it. The spinach artichoke dip had no flavor with pita chips almost burnt. Our sons fish sticks, the breading was so bland, at least the fish was goof. Bang bang shrimp had way too much mayo in it. I had tried this place before with a friend almost a year ago and it wasn't this bad. I don't know what happened but definitely not going back. The only things we enjoyed were the fries and drinks."
