"Decided to give this place a try looking at the reviews and turned out the reviews were 100% accurate. My customer service experience here was top notch! The staff were friendly and helpful hosts! My order was ready pretty quick despite how busy they were. The chickun was crispy on the outside and juicy inside! If I could make vegan food this good I would turn vegan instantly!!! The pancakes were light and super fluffy! I also ordered a mocha with oat milk which tasted delicious!! Looking forward to next time!!"

"Having just visited Greek recently, Ithaka really brought me back. The ambience, the decor made me feel like I was in the small streets at Mykonos.It was a busy night but the host was able to get us a table pretty quickly, he said there was a big party and service may be slow and even apologized in advance. The servers weren't slow at all and was attentive all night, but just saying that made me more patient. Book in advance if you go.Ordered the lambshank and it was so tender, so flavourful, it just melts in your mouth. Add that with the perfectly cooked rice and potatoes, it was one of the best Greek meals on the island."

"An anchor to the contemporary French fine dinning experience in Victoria. Visually inspirational for every dish we ordered. A mixture of different textures and tastes for each ingredient as those explode in mouth. Recommend their medium rare steak and seasonal berries as dessert. Our return visit for we love the atmosphere and the waitress is approachable and friendly. Waiter and waitress know their dishes well. My only side suggestion is to approach the diners with questions while they’re not having a moment (Eg. laughing). Our conversation came to a hilarious end, as we try to hold on our laughter the waitress came dropping us with a question. Our moment of climatic enjoyment got cut off/ short since we had to quickly recover to respond. Here their timing is key."

"First time back in awhile, I had fond memories, but apparently there are new owners. Reserved an alcove, when we arrived, told that we had to wait. They asked if we would take a floor table, and we accepted, but still had to wait several minutes past our reservation time before they seated us. Awkward, standing in the (small) entrance with a senior guest. Much too noisy for conversation. Unpleasantly loud, also very crowded. Servers kept bumping into our table, guests, as they made their rounds. Service was very, very slow. Dishes came out at seemingly random times. One person had finished their dish, before the next person received their dish and we had asked for them to come out at the same time. Several requests for pepper, a wine list, drinks, went unanswered until they were repeated 3 4 times. Took almost 1 1/2 hours before we all had some food in front of us. Food was not exception in any way, especially for the price, and portions were small. Some of us ordered 1/2 portions (this is a great option), but they were very small. Some of us ordered full portions, and they were not much larger and much more expensive. By the time they asked us if we wanted desert, it was over 2 hours into dinner and we were very tired. Also had a cocktail, which was the market price, but it was not particularly good and had too much ice."
