"Wasn't impressed I stopped going too all of ches,s restaurants had 3 piece fish and chips gravy and dressing on the side fish was has I remembered greasy not many fries and only half tub gravy but full tub dressing 28 something not very good but hot anyway all end pieces of fish batter.?"

"Well,heard of the tea garden,wanted to try it for ourselves....sooo,off we go for a drive and stop for tea and desert.The view is spectacular from the window view table ,clean looking resturant, nice atmosphere our young server,"Emily " was very nice and attentive...bless her heart.The tea was so nice and "hot ".served so delicately with a teacup and saucer .makes you feel so spoiled.The desert...well it was not quite what we were expecting,and for the price we paid for it .well let's say,been there done that...we still look at it as a special m/d outing."

"Went to another restaurant but it was full, came to this place as a last resort, happy we did. It was the best chicken I have had in the last 25 years or longer, no comparison to anything else. I had the Ches's Choice, 3 piece, fries, dressing, gravy & drink for 10 bucks. Excellent service. Can't wait for the opportunity to go back again."

"Food was very overpriced. Service was slow (3 hours for our meal). Food was not very good My prime rib roast came out grilled (that was a first for me). Meat was tough and had bbq sauce. I had to request the Au jus that was supposed to come on it my Muscles came out cold and you could tell they weren't fresh. one of the people in our party had the cod fish. He explained it as the worst fish he ever had. Freezer burnt and no seasoning. Terribly overpriced in a dated restaurant that had sub par service. I'll give it a zero."
