Pho Saigon 808 - Lahaina

I decided to dine at this restaurant after reading a positive review. Unfortunately, the server was not familiar with the concept of veganism and had to confirm with a chef that they did not use shrimp paste, fish sauce, or any animal products in their dishes.

Amazing pho and noodle stir frige dishes. Easy waiting for food, but definitely worth it! The cattle broth was excellent in the Pho. The wok noodles were fried to perfection. Great. Run by a few super nice ladies who use both the kitchen and the dining area, so the service is slow, understandable. But the food is for every delay.

Not true! We spent a good part of our honeymoon looking for fantastic places to eat on Maui, and came disappointed 95% of the time. This place is a great exception. The depth of the Pho is absolutely incredible!!! Layers on layers of taste. It brings Pho-Platz to my hometown to an absolute shame. I promise you that Pho will change your appreciation for this kind of kitchen for the better! The cherry on the top: large portions at a super reasonable price that is a rarity on the island. This is the best food we eat in all Maui, hands down (after spending time in Upcountry, Wailea and Lahaina).

Great place. We come every year and eat here. Fresh food reasonable price recommended. Pho is great and grilled beef spring rolls on vermicelli also large. We also enjoy summer rolls.

Great place my wife dragged me to. She was right (of course), because the food was excellent. Back at Lahaina Wharf Cinema Center. No hairs except good food. We loved it so much that we went back a second time a few nights later. All three of us loved our different entrees.
