I lived in France for 7 years and I haven't seen any café like this in the Maitland area, so congratulations!!! What hooked me to this place is the great coffee. "Wonderful Organics shop with lovely staff. I've visited a lot of organics shops in Australia overseas for a lot of years this is by far the best. Huge variety well set out. Love the dispensers on the wall!!! Also love the fact that I can get fresh organic produce cheaper than the small selection in the supermarkets it keeps your customers coming back. Because of the large turnover of stock (isn't this great?? you know it's always fresh) maybe more frequent deliveries of some stock might be needed. It's hard to judge the quantities needed. Great job!!!"
