"I visited this restaurant with my husband, two children and French in-laws and everyone left more than happy. The décor and appearance of the restaurant may make it easy to walk past but the service (I think that there are only about 30 covers) and most the food will make you want to go back as the quality was top notch, the taste amazing (the best pork I have ever tasted), and the surprise menu well worth trying (they check what you don't like first so no nasty surprises). You get the sense that this young team are destined for great things and they would deserve it for their flair, creativity and care they put into their dishes."

"Restaurant with good dishes with beautiful bright colors (menu a 58 euros) - taste and visual. However, I find that at this rate level, asking for an extra charge of 8 euros for cheese is exaggerated, the wine card is provided but the wines are young and the fares are too high. remains the unpleasant and too important noise of the hand dryer when lunch on the terrace. and the noisy street even in the evening (scooters, ...) - damage - this last point is not attributable to the restaurant but you spoil the meal when it is repetitive."

"We chose to have a celebratory lunch here earlier this week and were really pleased with the choice. Although a lovely round table had been set for us inside in the stylish dining-room, we asked if we could move to the outdoor terrace area, where a table was promptly laid for us.The menu choice was excellent, ranging from 29 euros for a basic no-options meal , up through 39 and 49 to 57 at the top end, offering a delicious range of dishes. The wine list was broad in quality as well as price, offering something for everyone.Service from the owners was outstanding and sensitive, although one of the younger waiting staff was a bit clueless.Unusually for France we were allowed to carry on sitting and eating from 1pm, when we arrived, until nearly 5pm. We paid 60 euros/head for the 39 euro menu plus two bottles of wine, 6 of water, aperitifs and coffee: excellent value overall.To be recommended. NB Not in the centre of Riom, so you need a car."

"Angry service, bad food. We had moules with either absolutely no flavour or they were terribly fishy the sauce was unidentifiable. The salad contained completely different ingredients than noted on the menu and was boring&tasteless too. Everyone at home could make it better."
