"The restaurant does not look nice at all. There was clearly an rustic Swiss German restaurant there before and they have done very little to change the original look, a few Asian decoration hanging on the wall, but nothing to create an authentic ambiance...in the restaurant. The food was only fair in quality and that is by being generous. The chef uses far too much Vinegar in the sauces. The only thing that I found nice about this restaurant was the nice and friendly service"

"Although it's great to have vegan combo plates, even two, it's strange that the combo plates list sashimi even though there is no vegan sashimi on the menu. Note the comfortable vegan filter on the (German) menu."

"If you like rainbow, dragon and spider rolls this is the place to go. Quality is good, fish is fresh and the rolls are big and tasty. I do wish there were a few more things on the menu - for example I miss Unagi."

"My husband and I frequently visit this restaurant. We sometimes order a casual selection of their amazing dim sum (favorites are no. 22 and no. 19) with a beer on a Friday night. Or there are times when we go there as a family and enjoy their Chop Suey, sweet n sour chicken, and usually we add a new dish for fun. The food is fresh and nicely presented. Restaurant Zen is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Switzerland.Once you get to know the hostess, you will feel at home."

"You don't have to travel far to enjoy authentic Thai food! In Thalwil you can find it. One of the best Thai meals. Friendly and attentive staff, tastefully decorated restaurant. Plenty of parking right in front. Good wine selection as well, and the spring rolls...were to die for; hot and crunchy! Be game and try the 3 chili Phad-Ga-Prau with Jasmin rice. Enjoyed it this time with shrimp. WOW!"

"I went here for lunch, the food was OK. The service though was very slow and when I tried to pay with credit card the lady argued with me staying that the bill had to be over 30 CHF. I expressed that they should post that information on the door like other restaurants and she continued to complain about the credit card fee's.My opinion, take the card or don't. If you feel taking credit cards is not a valuable asset to your companies ability to provide a service than don't take them. Complaining about the fee's is not a solution and if you want exceptions post them on the door so your customers understand before entering. Lastly she told me next time I come back she wouldn't accept the card.Pretty simple for me as I do no plan on ever going back."
