"The poussada is a beautiful building in a wonderful location. Hygiene standards were great, staff helpful and friendly. we had dinner in the restaurant, fabulous appetizers and salad. the main course was devoid, and that was nice, but the kartoffels were more like craps. a small point, but a scandalous, excellent wein. the breakfast was full, but the buffet eggs, speck and potato tornole were almost stone cold until the time when we ate. the eggs looked very tired, and I think the kitchen would have cooked better in small batches, as the breakfast times were offset to fulfill good hygiene practice. I would have liked to get this five stars, the details about eating were the weakest point. it is not a cheap hotel, and these improvements would be the difference that makes the difference. they'll go all the way away and we'd come back!"

"They can tell a good restaurant from their salad, fresh, healthy and colorful. we had the veggie suppe, which was beautiful, fresh and hot: this place is conveniently located above the road of cabo do vincente, which is for hungry people. also it is favorable. the menu is small and they serve great Portuguese local food. the staff are very friendly and accommodating and speak English as well. highly recommended to try it."

Es sieht von außen aus wie ein touristisch aufgemachtes Strandlokal.Die Preise sind recht hoch: Dourade gegrillt 15 Euro, Schnitzel mit Pommes 14 Euro, Hähnchenteile gegrillt 8,50 Euro.Leider ist das Essen bestenfalls Mittelmaß.Noch schlechter ist das Ambiente. Der Kellner macht einen schmutzigen, ungepflegten Eindruck und würde besser in eine dörfliche Autowerkstatt passen als in ein Ausflugslokal. Wie mag dann erst der Koch aussehen?Das Olivenöl verteilt sich mehr außen an der Flasche als drinnen. Salz- und Pfefferstreuer lassen sich nur mit der Serviette anfassen, die Toiletten sind bescheiden.Ein Lokal, an dem man besser vorbeifahren sollte!"

"Stopped for a quick cheap lunch on arrival in Sagres and were not disappointed. Three of us had crepes which were tasty, and one had a delicious burger. Also they do amazing milkshakes. Good value for money. The barman was really nice, friendly and helpful....Nice atmosphere feels surfy and like somewhere you'd get in Australia or NZ. I'd imagine it's buzzing at night)"
