"Absolute best of the quick sushi locations in Canberra. We visit Hero Sushi once a week and are never disappointed. Clean, fresh and delicious with a great variety of flavours. Personally, I never like to order non-seafood sushi but I make an exception here: their Spicy Pork on black rice is wonderful. Love the different styles of rice. Tempura prawn, terriyaki salmon and grilled scallop are our favourites. Service is always fast and friendly."

"Iori ok, not iori plus. I only had a nasty meal, $30 banquet pretty decent amount of food. not enough personal to serve customers properly. they feel sorry for the waitress who only one on tonight, not enough to make it as it should be. she was good and was friendly."

"I was at this restaurant tonight to celebrate a friends birthday. There were probably about twenty of u there. The food was very disappointing with most of it dried out and lacking taste. I did like my meal of prawns. The desserts were taste less too. Lots of variety in all areas, buffet style, though but the taste just did not deliver. On the other side the lady who was in charge of clearing our table was awesome and just appeared when ever we finished our food to remove our plates. I don't think I will be going back to this restaurant and I will not recommend it to my friends unless I hear they have improved."
The restaurant also offers the possibility to sit outside and have something in nice weather.

"This café is located in the middle of Westfield shopping centre. Stopped off at the café for bite to eat and drinks with my husband and 3 year old during a shopping trip. I had bought a couple of take away sushi rolls from another place. My husband ordered a full plate of food and a coffee and 2 milkshakes for my 3 year old and I. Total cost of the order was around $30. The café was relatively empty when we arrived. When the waitress brought the drinks around she noticed that I was eating a sushi roll and said that customers were not allowed to bring food bought from elsewhere into the café and that I should stop eating it. I still had the sushi box out when the manager/owner came past shortly thereafter and said that customers were not allowed to bring other food into her café and I should put it away immediately. I said I was not aware of this policy, and that there really should be a sign out the front to say that this was the policy if she felt so strongly about it. I wouldn't have come in if that was the case. She said she'd had people buy a bottle of water and eat McDonalds at the café. This clearly wasn't the case with us. I said that my daughter is allergic (anaphylactic) to dairy, nuts and eggs (which are in most things) and that I had also brought some food for her. This didn't sway her and she said suggested that there were other places we could go to in the circumstances like a food court! At that point I really should have asked her to refund the money for the food that had not yet been served and just gotten the hell out of there. Given it's location, this café should be doing a roaring trade, but not when it treats its paying customers with such rudeness and contempt. There are so many other customer-friendly cafés to go to - I would definitely give this one a big miss."

"Excellent menu, comfortable environment and both the coffee and eating arrived very quickly. I had the little breakfast, which was a generous part to say the least, my wife had the beess benny gluten free option. both meals were very delicious, my wife absolutely. loved the gluten-free hash brown. recommend this caffe, we will be back!"
