"Stopped in for a coffee, latte and couple of donuts . Not that busy but had to wait a few minutes for the latte. Three Bosnian guys in loitering around and waiting to chat with Bosnian girl working the counter. After she rang up the order and I paid with debit card, i held my hand out for the receipt. She ripped it from the machine, balled it up and threw it away, not asking if I wanted it, (the receipt). Oh well.... America...."

"Food was hot, fresh, fast however the cousmer service lacked alot. I stood at the front counter patiently waiting for ketchup three employees walked right passed me didn 't even acknowledging me. I finally spoke up it took me asking many times to receive ketchup. I was told 'people are on their brake that 's why they didn 't give you ketchup or stop when I spoke '. It only takes a half of a second to give my family ketchup. I understand brakes are important for labor law and getting a rest however cousmer service is alwayf first."
