Dunkin' - Bowling Green

I finally found powdered Bravarian cream doughnuts at this location. Can't get them at middle tennessee locations. You've gained a new customer!

Line can get long for drive thru now, but they're pretty good at keeping people moving. Really enjoying the new menu items. The employees are really great at answering questions and helping out.

Service was super slow. We sat in the drive thru near 45mins and when we got to the speaker to order we sat there for at least 6 mins before anything was said which was ?be with you in a moment?. When we finally did get our order it was wrong and they closed in an hour so we didn?t have time to wait in line again to get it fixed.

If I could I would give zero stars I would very unprofessional workers are not friendly not even in the slightest bit every ignorant.they ignored my husband and i. the store looked open but yet they chose to leave the sgin that says they are not doing orders in the store on the cash register.which we did not see right away however Someone could've said something us instead of ignoring us.food for thought put the sign on THE DOOR. it will make more sense that way not to mention sitting in the drive thru for thirty mins if not more I get bring busy but this is just slow service. We drive forty-five minutes just to come here being as we do not have one near us and it's starting to not even be worth it.

I would rate less the 1 star but that?s not possible. The dining room signage indicates they are open, however, after you exit the car and walk-in, you realize they are not open. The average drive thru wait, (even though the dining room is closed) is about 20 to 30 minutes long, need I say more!
