"Pierre Louis Marin a une personnalité attachante mais, cette fois, il nous a déçu.Le thon, un peu trop snacké, mais bon, passons. Le souci fût davantage dans les saveurs proposés. A force de s'appliquer à être dans «ce qui se fait», on en oublie ce qui fait la magie de la «bonne» cuisine : l'émotion suscitée par les papilles. Et là, un concept, comme si le plat n' avait pas été goûté. Va pour le menu à €19 (Merci, Pierre Louis) mais à €49, il y a un problème. Bon, nous y retournerons car, malheureusement comme Pierre Louis, nous ne sommes pas toujours au top."
