"We were very well received by the Chef on the terrace, but it was not the same person who served us throughout this meal... not smiling at all and unpleasant to ask what we had been able to do to him.... until I served a glass of red wine that went straight out of the fridge!!!! She acted differently with foreign customers, it was amazing that at some point she became another person much more enjoyable, but why this difference of treatment. We have lunched the dish well tasted and my sublime pie mirabelle !!!! but it is on that we will not return to the establishment!!!"

"Yes, there are differences among one star restaurants in France. A recent lunch at Les Fresques proved it to me. There was a refined touch to the food in flavor and presentation that was what? One and a half star level? Imaginative, light, flavor-packed sauces added pleasure. And then came several desserts made by an obviously talented pastry chef ( don't know if different from main chef). Service efficient and friendly and English fluent. So if you are in the area or playing a round of golf at the resort, don't miss this wonderful restaurant."
