Improve associations in dishes, a pleasure! The local wine, cultivated and produced by the cooperative is very good. The present and discreet service. We didn't miss the meal. "On holiday for 5 days on the island of Ré, we decided to stay in the hotel “the island under the wind”. Very nice, quiet and relaxing frame. A warm welcome from the employee, a little forced from the boss. Basic room at 135€ per night, without air conditioning under stifling heat, really damage. Breakfast not at the height of the price (14€/person) Unfortunately, we have stained a towel with a chocolate chip, which can happen... we have seen to charge the towel 15€! We have never seen this! Hotel really expensive overall!"

"During the summer period there are two menus as it is split in a restaurant or brasserie on the terrasse. We did both, service is there, very kind and helpful. Food wise however was really disappointing for the restaurant section, it is advertised as a fancy restaurant but it really didn’t feel like it or even taste like it. We took mussels but taste was missing, different types of mussels, no sauce, over fried fries... too bad. Brasserie section, better prices and even more choice on the menu. We opted for a simpler food option and it was great. It is a good option for a family meal but do not go here for your highlight meal of your holiday."
