Set your expectation where it should be ... something to satisfy your crave for a quick Chinese hit, and a fuel for your stomach. My strategy is to buy a box with 2 dishes: something you can not go wrong, like a fried egg, and something a bit risky try to come early - even if you want it as a dinner More choices in the morning. (Learned my lesson: I missed the box with omelette and Teriyaki Chicken Combo). <br>

"Really shit ! Kebab nothing special, chips no good and very bad customer service ! Had a kebab and chips for a 17 dollars combo (very expensive, and seriously I promiss compared to Europe), was okey but nothing special. The reason why 1/10: when I asked for and a mayo sauce with my chips (which I payed 6 dollars for a small size/ the price of chips is so low)... they said I had to pay extra... what the f... never seen that before in the history of kebabs !!"

Yesterday celebrating 'National Fried Chicken Day' I was invited down to "The House Of Luis Tan" to give there already popular bucket of chicken the double up on a 2kg challenge. <br>
Not knowing what I was getting into I headed down to Bondi and along the way the staff were messaging me tell me how a few diners had tried, failed, shared and even vomited during the challenge of smashing the 2 buckets.<br>

Not only did I smash the challenge, collect the prizes but I ordered desserts after and stopped on the way home for a dirty kebab... This chicken is ridiculously good and on the norm Luis Tan offers a 1kg bucket for $12 - so if you are feeling a bit peckish do yourself a favour and dine at this hidden gem of an amazing place.<br>
