Put my order in on the website, and the website loaded their live pizza tracker, which showed what part of the process they were up to (processing order, making order, cooking order, ready in store and rate your order with a horizontal bar filling up left to right in red as the process went along). It also said what time the order would be ready, and the machine takes a photo of the pizza when done, showing the picture of the cooked pizza on my phone. When I got to the store, a screen had my name on it and was given to me really efficiently. The pizza actually wasn't that bad either, ordered the double bacon cheeseburger on a thin crust, and while it wasn't that big and tasted on the slightly artificial side, it was delicious. Experience was 10/10, pizza was 7/10"
