"We used to enjoy coming here a lot, and the food was and still is great, but after the remodel the atmosphere has tanked and it’s very cramped and loud. We’re here right now finishing our food after waiting insanely long to be helped by a waitress who hardly looked or spoke to use. My meal was burnt badly and somehow still made its way out of the kitchen and to my table, my girlfriends meal was brought out incorrectly twice and simply asking for the correct dish seemed like a huge inconvenience. And neither of us got the sides with our order. I’m sure this is a one time incredibly poor experience but I just don’t see us being excited about coming back again"

"I was there this morning 09/11/2017 @10:00am. This coffee shop looks super nice from outside so I saved the date to go there today, during my stay in Ann Arbor. Unfortunately, the staff (the guy the served me at least) doesn't know anything about customer service. He was too cool to even bother to describe the kinds of coffees they offer, and the placed wasn't crowded. If you want to stand out of the pack in a competitive market, like coffee shops, you do it either with service or product quality and innovation. But how will a customer know about your products quality and innovation if the staff is not willing to explain it to customers??? Sorry is asking what is a Manual Brewed Coffee is too much to ask. My summary: The coffee is good, but sorry it doesn't offer neither the quality not the service to price it +50% over Starbucks. It not worth it. Pastries, are overpriced too. Around $3.5 per a regular sized croissant. I won't be back"

"The food was hot and seasoned well. I liked it. However, I called about 20 mins, if not more, ahead. My food still wasn't ready when I arrived. I ended up waiting about 10 more mins. Luckily, I wasn't in a hurry. That is the only reason they did not receive 5 stars."

"This is the REAL deal. Fluffy freshly made tortillas and savory meats. Veggie, Cameron and fish tacos we're also very good. Salsa was homemade and had flovor. Every item had seasoning and taste. Most Mexican retaurants are bland and under spiced. The rice was a bit bland though. Great service was an added bonus. Unasuming but delicious."
