"I got the baked chicken, mashed potatoes and fried okra and my wife got the catfish, candied yams and coleslaw. Everything was amazing and has lots of flavor. The service was also good, it was just the one guy doing everything himself so it was a little wait but it's 100% worth it. It's nice to have a great small business so close by. "Vegan chili was very good. The beers well the cider was on par, crisp and fuity with clean finish. The porter coffee house style no lingering scorch, dark and robust. Wait staff was very attentive and super friendly . I will enjoy another visit here."

"My favorite restaurant in Washtenaw county. I send everyone I know here when they ask for a restaurant recommendation. All of the food is delicious, the staff is so kind. I absolutely love the Moroccan coffee they do as well. I can’t say enough nice things about this wonderful family business! A true gem in the community for sure."
