"A perfect location for lunch on the slopes! Amazing terrace and the pizza is very good. The service was incredibly slow though. Waited for more than an hour for two pizzas. Seems eateries on the slopes are rare so you don't have too many options unfortunately."

"Our party of 8 stumbled into L'Alta during a rainstorm. Couldn't have had better luck! Service was good, ambiance relaxed and casual, and food tasty. Portions more than ample. One pizza was served overcooked, and the waitress offered to replace it. This is a busy...place and we were glad to have found it."

"This was a farewell dinner with some friends and we could see right away that this restaurant is very popular with the locals, and for good reason. The food was lovely, service was excellent and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. An absolutely charming place."

"Awful service. Took ages for our “order” to be taken, half an hour later our drinks finally came. Lemon syrup and water costs the same price as beer so quenching my young children’s thirst after their mornings skiing cost an arm and a leg!!!!! After...many requests on the whereabouts of our food and joking smirks from the waiter we were eventually told the kitchen had lost our ticket with 7 pizza orders on. Maybe the kitchen accidentally deep fried it!? This was 90 minutes after ordering so in total 2 hours of our day had been wasted. When we decided to leave the restaurant the waiter got very aggressive and forceful making us pay extra for drinks that didn’t exist. If I were to add up the costs of extra imaginary drinks, wasted ski pass time and mental stress. I can conclude that I will never ever go back there even if they paid me!!!! I would expect better from the Swiss who are renowned for quality and excellence :"

"Pourquoi un tel avis ci dessus ? Selon les notes et appréciations de ce site, le "bien" n'existe pas ! In facto, je dirais alors mieux que moyen, moins que très bien ! Accueil et service corrects, sympathiques, certes un peu long pour certains plats, mais en étant là, c'est pour prendre son temps. Les plats proposés sont alléchants sur la carte, mais sur la table, une certaine amertume et déception, pour certains d'entre eux, comme la fondue valaisanne aux tomates !? (à éviter !) Une mention spéciale pour l'assiette valaisanne, et le rosti aux champignons et lardons, oeuf à cheval ...L'ambiance est originale, musicale sur la terrasse (orchestre présent) le premier soir, typiquement montagnarde (style chalet à l'étage) le second soir.Donc en finalités, tout compte fait, "bien" dans l'ensemble."

"Flew into the mountains with the sessel lift and sat randomly with vegetable milk (soy and hafer). only one cappuccino with soy milk. the coffee was a bit too strong for me, but it was nice."
