"Very very poor experience. Came here and ordered a popcorn chicken and hot chili oil wonton. The server who helped to take the order placed 2 orders of popcorn chicken instead. They insisted that the wonton was the same price and the kitchen knew what it meant. When the food came out, our hot chili oil wonton was a different menu item. When I asked them about it, they said that there's no such hot chili oil wonton item. No refund or anything to make up for the miscommunication, and no apologies. I would seriously ask the management to revisit how they conduct training for employees. Also, it may be wise to change and update the menu if certain items don't exist anymore than to lie to customers."

"The live jazz music was excellent when we went last Saturday. the food was delicious and the ambiente was comfortable. would also be nice to eat alfresca if it warmed up a bit more. the only disadvantage is that they serve calf. Baby cows that are kept in boxes must not move so that the flesh is beautiful, a spelling is simply not cool. they had several calf dishes."

"I was driving on Rheem Blvd. in Moraga, and I saw a cluster of red umbrellas with people in small groups. All of a sudden I realized I was hungry. So, I turn around my car and drive back to find out what is drawing people there. The place was Town Bakery and Cafe. Lots of people were drinking coffee and eating. I walked inside and on the right I noticed the pastries in the cases tempting me to their call. On the left, there were chicken eggs, wines, and different sweet breads ready to be consumed. I was getting hungrier by the second. I ordered Fish Tacos beer battered Alaskan cod. I usually prefer grilled fish, but this was quite delicious. Just as delicious to my skin was sitting in the sun as I ate my lunch. Town Bakery and Cafe looks like they are in tune with what the community wants."

"Hate to give a bad review since i love this place but they forgot about my food and i was waiting for 20 minutes before i went up to the cashier and asked where my order was. it was just sitting on the counter, im worried what would 've happened if i didn 't speak up. my drink was watered down and they also forgot my mango jelly which my drink comes with so i 'm disappointed in my order today. in addition to the other issues, my fried fish was like warm, not the straight out of the fryer heat. wish the best employees were more responsible."
