Following our dissatisfaction we asked to see the manager, who refused to give us her name, and was particularly unpleasant. As compensation, the staff found nothing better than to double our order by adding a Big Mac and cold fries. All that extra food definitely ended up in the trash. A big waste and a terrible experience."
