"I give them 3 stars because they have always , with this exception , been great!But this last visit was subpar, only the food however, my steak didn't sizzle on the sizzle plate and my potatoes were luke warm at best.Dont write them off because they are usually good, but I guess this 130$ including tip trip was a one off.I will however be a little shy to return anytime soon, 130 for 1 meal for my family is alil hefty for subpar."

"This wendy needs help! constantly understated, always super busy. everyone in work is so sad. the management cannot lead any employees or kitchen. I'd go if I work here. the employees have no support. not sure whether it is business or franchise, but the party responsible should be ashamed. as busy as it is, this should always be perfect. they talk about being set up for a mistake. the workers who are here really try their hard, and eating is good, but it's just so sad."

"First off, our waitress wasn't very friendly. Not rude or anything, but not friendly. We ordered a bloomin' onion to start. She brings it without any plates. We asked for some plates, then she goes off to another table for several minutes, then off to another table before going back to the kitchen area. She comes back, without plates. By the time we got plates we were almost done with the onion. It was either eat it like animals or wait for plates and eat it cold. Next up, I ordered the prime rib. It is only 5:30 PM. They are out of it already. Or maybe they didn't have it to begin with, I don't know. So she hands me the menu again and asks if I need a few minutes. I am not going to let her leave without my revised order because I do not want my party's food coming out without mine, or worse, drying out under heat lamps while waiting for mine. So she starts telling me they have nice ribeyes and NY strips, but I don't want those or I would have ordered one to begin with. Then she tries to walk away again but I have to keep her at the table. I give my revised order. The food comes out and it was all very good. I just wonder about training for these people if they get any. She never comes back to ask how everything is until we are finished eating. Unfortunately, poor service seems to be the norm these days."

"I was not sure what to expect when going here honestly. Let start with parking and location. It is in a decent location with other restaurants. They have their own parking lot near the restaurant and actually connected to a Sheetz. It was interesting being able to walk into a restaurant and have an entire shop there. But the shop had some really cool and useful items! I spent a good amount of the time in the shop. And if it gets crowded in the restaurant, someone could easily shop their time away. Food was decent and cheap. But the service was great! I will recommend the chicken n' dumplins though as a go to meal there!"

"Usually like eating here, but had a horrible experience last time. A seemingly disgruntled employee spent the entire time I was there commenting his frustrations about other customers aloud and with profanities. I felt uncomfortable and was even more disappointed when I got my sandwich (I thought the mayo, lettuce, etc went inside the bread... . Very rude service and unfortunate, expensive food. Have a little more pride, Subway."
