"Was once a favorite before I left Hamilton for three years, I came back and 4 different occasions was closed at odd times, lunch, dinner. Finally I found it open and got the usual pugger burger combo, and noticed some major changes. The burger itself. was same I was accustomed too, but slightly smaller, not a huge difference but noticeable. Cost? Went up about 4 dollars, which seems to be an issue with a lot of reviews. Other difference was no onion rings,instead fresh cut fries, which I actually preferred . I think it's going thru some growing pains, as was no pop in stock at all that day and place was in disarray, even for O'Neills."

"Bought from them many times. Very fast service and burgers were alright. They had some crazy flavored fries, but they were good. I think it's closed for good for some time."

"I haven't had a problem with the food in the past but as for the staff they're a joke. DO NOT ever try to get or order food on the normal busy days like super bowl or new years or anything like it. I have...tried recently on grey cup Sunday and watched the business crumble as they gave unreasonable times to wait that they could not keep leaving customers waiting far beyond the times and many saying forget It and leaving without their food. My most recent and last straw was just this evening new years eve where I thought I had the forsight to order what I'd like 7 hours.......yes that's right 7 HOURS before I wanted it and was left waiting for an additional 2 hours before being told my order had not even been started. That was the last straw and I left and will never return. And anyone I suggest you take your business somewhere else."

"When I was a kid my Mom & Dad would get KFC once a month or so. My Mom kept the bucket and lid. She would make popcorn and put it in the bucket and take it to the drive-in with us kids in the back of the stationwagon --in our p.j's.She'd make Kool-Aid in a big pitcher and take that, too. When I eat KFC now--50 years later--that's what I think of."

"What a wonderful up sell, done with a pleasant manner, to feed 2 hungry teenagers and 2 seniors; all of this done with a very friendly, helpful service from the manager. A 20 piece sport pack with 2 large fries, 1 large popcorn pieces, 10 hot wings and a large gravy all for $49.99 plus tax how could one go wrong with this. None of the order was greasy at all, and the gravy wasn’t salty or peppery neither. Eating in was very pleasant also, and extremely clean for a fast food chain. The bonus on the day when we were there, was that of a free pumpkin included in the price .......... a very nice gesture for Halloween. Had lots, left over for a nightly snack, along with another meal for 2. Would highly recommend this KFC restaurant and would return ourselves when we are back down in the area."

"This location seems to put out the worst product! The chicken is dry the oil is the primary flavour. The fries are soggy, the gravy is watery. All in all, this is the worst KFC location I have been to: and I gave them...3 chances across numerous visits...consistently failed to provide an enjoyable product. Bottom Line: go to Upper James Rymal instead!"
