"Wonderful, homemade rhabarbread and a breathtaking view! the service is very warm and the culinary offer versatile. according to menu card the ingredients are all carried up by backpack and to fuss, only the drinks are transported with the helicopter. the deliciousness tastes a little better. in any case a recommended place to stay. we wandered from the samedan over the segantini hut to the lower mountain and back to samedan. from pontresina you can also make a nice and somewhat more cozy round hike with zmittag in the lower schafberg. we will definitely come back!"

"We stopped by the restaurant on our Muottas Muragl panorama hike and had a nice lunch nothing fancy, just sandwiches and a good homemade potato salad while we sat beneath Coca Cola umbrellas ! on the terrace. A trio of servers provided friendly and surprisingly fast service. While the food hit the spot, the real highlight here was the views: directly across towards the Val Roseg and the high peaks at the upper end of the valley, as well as back towards Sils Maria and the mountains surrounding the lake. The Munt de la Bes cha was a good place to pause for a simple pit stop with a view on the panorama trail."
