"We very much enjoyed our experience here. The chicken was excellent! It has a warm rustic feel. Service was extremely friendly. Our only quibble was the long time it took to get our drink order. Just a brief walk for anyone staying at the Fairmont."

"Service was excellent, staff very warm. I felt it should have been larger amounts of food in the entrees for the price. there was of us and everyone was still hungry and therefore ordered from the Dessert menu. the desserts were spectacular! this restaurant would make a great stop for dessert and coffee, but for dinner not enough eat for the cost."

"Make sure you book before you go as it is very popular. It is a great place , a station converted into a restauraunt, with loads of pictures and history . The food was terrfic and the service was great as well. Really worth it to go the for a meal if you are staying in the lake louise area"

"We went here for dinner on a recommendation from some friends. The atmosphere was welcoming however our meal was so expensive, and the food wasn't that great. The menu is really boring and needs some improvement. Keep in mind where ever you go in Lake Louise will be expensive. I just expected that food would be fantastic and not average. You might as well go up to the Chateau where you will get better service and better food. It will be more expensive but worth it in the long run."

"This was one of our favourite meals on the trip. Service was amazing. Asher our waiter was excellent. Pretzel bread with whipped butter (save some to dip in the fondue). We got the half fondue and it was plenty for two people to share. The schnitzel was super crispy and huge. Halibut was cooked with a nice crust but a little small on the sides. The chocolate fondue for dessert was amazing and the home made marshmallows was my favourite part. It was expensive but worth the experience and the view of the lake."
