"Was out in Batavia helping care for my grandmother, She wanted a Frisch's fish sandwich, So we ran up to the drive-thru and received excellent service, quick and efficient service and was served delicious and made to order food. We will most definitely stop back in as we have for many years! Thanks for always getting her order correct! We appreciate you can for those 80+ and the generations that follow!"

"Overall, we probably won't be back. You can't tell the owner put a lot of time into making this place and it has a lot of potential to be great but really missed the mark with us. Staff was nice, but no uniforms, name tags, and no greeting. Nobody explained the menu and when we asked what our waitress recommended she couldn't answer. Food came out quickly but it was very obvious the grill needs cleaned. French toast was undercooked and the home fries were VERY oily. Biscuits and gravy were great. No syrup we had to go find it on another table, no seasoning on the omelette, and we didn't get refills. Giving staff from scripting on how to engage customers, cleaning the girl, cooking with salt and pepper, and following up on needs after food is delivered would change the entire experience."

"This was my 1st time being in ohio. Im from anderson county, tn. I have a 3 year old son and he has problems making friends and he doesnt play well with others (just because he gets very angry very qyickly and he doesnt know what sharing really is... only child). Well, we stayed here for 4 hours... it was great. There was 30 or more kids playing and having a great time, the food was good, and the staff was nice. The only thing i would say is to clean up more often but it is a big place with a lot of people so i see why it was a little messy."

"This has to be the worst gold star in the tri-state area. Service is slow, the employees always have bad attitudes for no reason and they always get your order wrong. Just drive to Mt Orab or Bethel Gold Star. If I could give it no stars I would. Don't waste your time."
