Terrible service, ion who that long hair dude was that was working on 8/29 around 10:40 but I asked for hot sauce and crackers dude told me he had to charge extra for crackers. I get home to eat my meal and I don’t have crackers. He almost forgot my hot sauce. I usually leave great reviews but this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. "So I am a big jersey mike fan a once a week customer at least mostly anderson or blue ash happen to stop in this store very dissatisfied the fist thing out of the guys mouth was down talking to the other workers about not being able to work together, they were all working when I walked in that should have been a private conversation. I ordered my sandwiches and ask as I always do on the last sandwich to have the ham sliced very thin, he was so busy talking sports with they guy behind he did not do it and I said is that as thin as you can slice it ? (Knowing from my weekly stop it is not) he looks at me like how dare you ask that said yes went back to sports talk.So glad I won't be back to this store I will go where they treat me like a welcomed customer"
