"We decided on little getaway in Aug and booked Cortland room in Applewood House BnB. The host greeted us and showed us the amenities. The home was very clean with the whitest sheets I have ever seen. Beds were so plush and comfortable, with sizeable bathroom down the hall. At breakfast we were offered fresh fruit from local farm stand and Yoso yoghurt (my fave), coffee tasted great with almond milk. We enjoyed the pool so much, it was a bonus after exploring the region. Updated from previous review on 2020-09-02"

"Wow. This restaurant is a hidden gem in Meafor/Collingwood area.The food is fantastic. The calamari was delicious and paired with a yummy salad.We had a great evening July 22 at their front patio.On top of great food the staff is super nice. "Went for lunch mid week. Order was a little slow coming out, but food was great. Well worth the wait. We both ordered the lunch special, which even came with a can of pop or coffee or tea. . . should have only ordered 1 and shared it - there was a large amount of food! Food was fresh and hot. Price was very reasonable. Restaurant was very clean and tables not too crowded. Was a little loud when room filled up."

"Excellent menu selection! good prices! wonderful service! we went here to Saturday morning and we were not disappointed! we had eier benedikt with peameal, eiern benedikt with sausage and an breakfast poutine! everything was so delicious. I recommend eggcitement when they are in meaford!"
