"Awesome, fast, friendly, employes know what the customer basic needs w ordering making the visit all around a great experience all of the time no need 4:waiting around 4 none sense cuz they 4got napkins like most fast- food drive-thru dining . Sonic is the real thing when it comes 2 fast-food drive-thru choice of eats. All other fast-food joints should copy n paste the way its done sonic nd apply it 2 thier place of work! I bet thier reviews will improve instantly n very much improve. Thier no such thing as 100% Perfect but thier is very close that is hard 2 find. Think simple pay attention, try 2 have patience w difficult situations, I know it's hard 4 most but B KIND, SMILE, its contagious, love ur position nd n e repeat customers will instantly have a smile nd b kind right back 2 U during the next visit ! Why? Cuz from my experience w my sonic experience that 1 employee kindness n smile put a smile on my face n changed my negative mindset 2 b positive I followed suit n treated others the same thinking what a different world it could b if everyone tried 2 b nice 2 others n all employees were as kind as the young lady sonic. Thanks 2 the young lady sonic Im not going 2 let that grouchy older employee'S rudeness ruin my day n e more. Nobody will have nothing nice 2 say about those miserable employees or place of businesses, taking out thier issues on paying customers SONIC KNOWS HOW 2 REPREASENT!!!!"

"Stopped in for a quick bite. Had to wait 20 minutes for order to be taken. When food received fries we’re cold and got wrong sandwich. Got sandwich replaced but didn’t want to wait any longer for hot fries. Worst food we’ve had at a Wendy’s. Seems lots of people have had bad experiences at this location….. maybe corporate office should look into why and correct asap."

"How do they do it?! No one in the lobby. 15 minutes per car in the drivethru! They could custom make each order with 15 minutes. You finally get your food and it's cold! It should be smokin hot! They are always short staffed. People don't want to work there I guess? Put some robots in there like other places are doing. If a fly falls in my burger because no person is there to see; I will eat around the fly! At least it will be hot, and fast..."
