Note: went back to wendy’s about a week later about 4 o’clock and the dining room was closed, doors locked. so disappointed that this place is unreliable in its dining room availability. I don't sit in a long line for the through window. I guess I have to write out whondy's. previous visit: the staff was very friendly. it was cooked to order so it was very fresh. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
if the lobby is closed, it should not be an option to pick up in the lobby for online ordering. or there should be concrete instructions on how to pick up. there was no sign on the door or something. I had to call her and they said they'd bring it to me. So I'm standing in the hot sun waiting to bring them out. my vehicle is too big to go through the drive thru, so I depend on pickup or lobby order. the man was nice... View all feedback.
