"We were taken here by our private tour guide where we met Stephen (the owner), his wife, and his son. It’s truly a family restaurant with a beautiful open air patio and AMAZING food! Stephen is super sweet, has great English, and a huge smile! We did Bogota beer company tastings, had some of their rosé sangria while we were given a delicious appetizer of patacones! We ordered cheesy chicken, steak wrapped in bacon with mushroom sauce and a seafood medley with trout, lobster, clams in a tin foil pouch with a light white/cream sauce. Everything was extremely fresh and flavorful. Amazing work by the chef. Beautiful experience and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone in Guatape. Delicious food and sweet family owned restaurant!"

"I almost never rave about restaurant visits in particular but this one deserves a special honorable mention! The food was absolutely amazeing! I visited here with my cousin over the weekend as we went to la piedra del peñol in guatape colombia, after a few hours in the trip we got super hungry and decided to ask what restaurant was good in the area, we asked 2 locals and they both recommended bjs menu restaurant which also turns out to be a hotel. The food was absolutely incredible!!! Blanca and Bj, the couple that runs the resort were super welcoming and friendly, after not knowing what to choose from the menu since everything sounded amazeing we just decided to let them surprise us and we were treated with one of the most amazeing culinary experiences of our lives! If you are ever in guatape colombia or even in medellin, make the trip to bjs menu restaurante, youl thank me later"

"A great little restaurant one street back from the lake. We had the Menu Del Dia which consisted of soup, juice and main which was fish, rice salad, and French fries. The food was fresh and delicious. The owners were lovely and we would highly recommend.P.S the burger looked awesome also!"

"I've been with my family in October 2016. The Staff was very nice and the food has been prepared freshly. The food was very nice and tasty. As a drink we got a fresh guanabana juice served. I liked how no sugar was added, instead honey was offered fo We had a onion soup as a starter which was absolutely delicious. As a main course we got served mushrooms with avocado cream, rice with peanuts and a salad. The salad had fruits added which I liked. What I did it like too much is that the grapes had a lot of hard stones. The restaurant also offers free WIFI. All in all I quite liked it and I will go again in the future."
