I lived in Medellin for a year and now in Guatapé. Al Carbon has the best steak I have had in Colombia at a very reasonable price. The Baby Beef was more like a Filet Mignon. Cooked perfectly to a medium,great flavor. The fries were good,the salad also. Service from the owner Juan Camilo Giraldo was impeccable.
