"Staff was expedient, however we had to flag one down to get chopsticks. Waitress that took our order did not know the difference between sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi. A different waitress also walked away from me in the middle of asking a question. The roll I received when I ordered nigiri was simply put: mush. Overall terrible experience, will not be eating here again."

"Very poor experience and customer service, this use to be one of me and my son’s favorite sushi place on the island but since COVID this restaurant has become trash. The poor quality has completely changed they’ve removed items from the menus and upped the price for everything else all the while reducing the quality of the food. Today I ordered 4 shrimp rolls and didn’t receive any soy sauce!!! There were 2 shrimp sauce containers and she insisted that if I wanted soy sauce I could either pay additional for it or give her back the shrimp sauce!!???!! ARE YOU FREAKING SERIOUS??? She was very rude and unapologetic. I’ve never never never ordered Japanese food and it didn’t come with soy sauce, I will never be back. On top of that I get home and my order is wrong and taste like the rice was over cooked or old. Never again!!! Bad service"
